Mobile Charm Bar – Birthday Party

What’s Included

Sigfus Designs will provide a fully stocked mobile Charm Bar experience for up to 12 participants.

Each participant may create one finished item with up to 7 charms.

We will bring an assortment of:

● Necklace chains

● Bracelet chains

● Other available chain/item options

● A large assortment of charms in a variety of styles for guests to choose from

● All tools and supplies needed to assemble and finish each piece

Charm and chain selections will vary based on our current inventory. We’ll bring a fun, varied assortment so everyone has plenty to choose from!

Setup

The Charm Bar experience is scheduled for 5:30 PM–7:30 PM. This two-hour period does not include our setup time.

We plan to arrive approximately 20-30 minutes before the event to unload and set up so the Charm Bar is ready to begin at 5:30 PM.

If needed, Sigfus Designs can provide a table and tablecloth for the Charm Bar. If you would prefer to have a table or designated area ready for us, we can simply arrive, set up our charms and supplies, and get started.

Please let us know prior to the event which setup option you prefer.

Additional Participants

The $500 event price includes up to 12 participants.

Additional participants are welcome at $35 per person and will receive the same experience: one item with up to 7 charms.

Any additional participant charges will be added to the final event balance.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the event details and terms outlined above.

We understand that plans can change! Because off-site events require advance scheduling and staffing, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the event date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to staffing and preparation commitments.

Payment of the deposit reserves your event date and confirms your acceptance of these terms.
