Our Policies

We believe that quality matters. Each item is tested and tweaked until it is just right and ready for market. We are constantly learning and growing in technique and execution. Our earrings go through many stages of work and often take days to fully execute.

Our pieces are incredibly light on the ear and finished with the highest quality hypoallergenic nickel-free titanium posts. Earrings with hooks include sterling silver or gold wire hardware. We double reinforce clay earring backs to ensure durability.

Clip on lovers, we see you! If you would prefer clip on backs, please let us know when checking out. If the base for the clip is smaller than .5 inch, we will adjust the design to accommodate the clip size.

We gladly accept exchanges if the item is still in brand new condition. Exchanges must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If you experience any issues with breakage, please contact us to discuss options. There may be stipulations to returns with one of a kind pieces from smaller releases depending on what it is, it is at the discretion of Sigfus if a one of a kind limited piece can be returned or not. A custom piece is not returnable. We will do our very best to work with our customers but ask that you keep in mind this is a small business!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please send us an email to arrange an exchange at sigfusdesigns@gmail.com.

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment. If you need your order rushed, place email us ahead of time. All orders will ship to your PayPal address unless other arrangements are made. U.S. orders below 13 oz will ship USPS First-Class Mail. U.S. orders over 13 oz will ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders include tracking and you will receive a confirmation after payment.Sigfús is not responsible for packages once delivered to the Post Office. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact us before purchasing.

All orders arrive in a high-quality box with tissue paper and the earrings fixed to an earring card. Your items are gift-ready and contain no price tags or packing slips. If you would like a gift message included, please leave a note in the ‘messages’ section when checking out.

We are committed to reducing our ecological footprint. We use plastic-free shipping unless reusing plastic we receive and use biodegradable packing peanuts to ensure your jewelry gets to you safely. Our production process is based on making only what we need, allowing us to avoid any excess. Polymer clay scraps are often used for limited edition one-of-a-kind designs. Sustainable Birchwood plywood is used for our wood pieces. If something doesn’t sell at the end of the season we donate it to a local women's charity.

Sigfús believes in giving back. We cultivate partnerships with local philanthropic organizations to help promote and sustain important work in our community.

If you are a Tucson local and would like to pick up your earrings from our studio rather than have your order shipped, leave us a note in checkout. We will send you an email to schedule a time for your pick up and we will refund shipping costs after you have ordered.
