Looking for a creative group experience that’s fun, hands-on, and actually memorable? Our private charm bar parties let your guests design custom necklaces or bracelets using hundreds of charms, including many handmade in our studio.

Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, team events, and special gatherings.

Private parties are scheduled in advance and require booking approval.

Group size & location

Private parties are best suited for groups of approximately 6–18 guests ( we can accommodate more depending on details)

We have two rooms, one fits up to 12, and the other can fit 8 (children/teens) but comfortably fits 6 adults. We also have a lounge area and patio.

Events may be hosted:

• In our Tucson studio, or

• As a mobile charm bar setup (availability varies)

We’ll confirm all details during booking.

Pricing & Room Rental

Charm jewelry pricing is per person and varies based on each guest’s chain and charm selections. Everyone designs their own piece, so total cost depends on individual style and budget.

If you prefer something simple and predictable, we also offer optional flat per-person packages. We’re happy to walk through those options after your date is confirmed.

To reserve a private party, we charge a room rental fee. This fee secures the space for your group and staff support for the duration of your event.

• It is non-refundable

• Party duration is 2 hours

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. We offer private bookings outside of our normal shop hours.

Do guests pay individually or does the host pay?

Either option works. We’ll confirm your preference during booking.

Can I choose specific charms for my party?

We curate selections for private events and can accommodate themes when possible. In some cases we can create custom designs depending on the season and availability of staff.

Can kids attend private parties?

Yes, with adult supervision. We can accommodate birthdays and various events. We love kids and want them to feel included in our space.
