Charm Party Deposit Terms

Charm parties are scheduled for up to 2 hours. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, giving a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes from the scheduled start time.

Any time beyond that will incur an additional fee, as outlined below:

• Example: If your party is scheduled from 6:00–8:00 PM, you may continue until 8:15 PM at no extra charge.

• After 8:15 PM, additional time will be billed at $55 per hour (or $13.75 per 15 minutes).

This fee will be deducted from your deposit. By purchasing this deposit, the purchaser agrees to these terms.

Private Party Policy

• Minimum: 6 guests making a purchase (necklace, bracelet, phone charm, etc.).

• Per-person spend: $25+ each.

• Deposit: $60 per group to reserve your date.

• Fully refundable on the day of the event and can be applied to purchases.

• If fewer than 6 guests attend, $10 per missing guest is forfeited from the deposit.

• Example: If only 4 guests attend, $40 is refunded and $20 is forfeited.

This policy helps us plan staffing and materials—especially for larger groups.

By purchasing this deposit you are agreeing to the terms laid out. If you need to cancel, it must be done 48 hours ahead of party, or the deposit will be forfeited.

Food & Drinks Policy

We allow food and drinks on a case-by-case basis. Our space is small, and while we understand that snacks or drinks can make your event more fun, we’ve also learned that things can get messy fast, shoutout to the little girl with pink cupcake frosting running her hands all over the clothing rack :0

If guests are responsible, we’re generally happy to accommodate. We just ask that you reach out beforehand to let us know what you’d like to bring, and whether any alcohol will be served. We also usually have a decent stash of cups, plates, napkins, and cutlery if you should need it  

Please note: if any damage or excessive cleaning is required due to food or beverages, the host is responsible for those costs.
